Justin Timberlake has reportedly been arrested for driving while intoxicated.
The star is claimed to be currently in custody following the incident that allegedly stemmed from a type of traffic incident.
It’s reported the star, 43, had went to meet friends at a hotel Monday night in Sag Harbor. At around 12:30 AM, it’s said he got back in his car to drive back to his residence. It’s then he was reportedly pulled over as he started driving.
TMZ reports that Timberlake was involved in a traffic violation in the early hours of Tuesday. It’s said he will appear in court today following his arrest.
“Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant, like there are most nights. They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking,” MailOnline reported.
“Justin left at 12:30AM and was pulled over as soon as he left. Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene.”
