In the footage, two men forcefully bring the person down while another signals for assistance, leading to the arrival of two police officers shortly afterward.
Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves addressed the incident during a news conference, stating that authorities are currently probing whether the individual tackled in the video is a suspect in any ongoing investigation.

Lisa Lopez-Galvan was identified as the deceased in the shooting and President Joe Biden has commented on the situation as what “cuts deep in the American soul,” while he again, renewed his call for gun control.
