Job Description
As part of its transformative journey to redefine customer engagement, Qatar Airways is recruiting for the role of Digital and Marketing Operations Officer. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, the individual will be responsible for executing various Digital & Marketing Campaigns and B2B & B2C activities to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, Brand awareness, Corporate penetration, Digital Direct, and Loyalty. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on Digital and Marketing Campaigns to regional and head office leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing promotional offers, value-add propositions, and loyalty initiatives to achieve revenue and digital penetration targets
- Serving as the subject expert on B2B & B2C campaign processes and tools for assigned countries
- Ensuring the implementation of end-to-end campaign processes and procedures
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external stakeholders for campaign deployment
- Analyzing web traffic data and ROI of digital marketing activities/campaigns and providing summary reports
- Developing marketing planning and measurement tools/processes and delivering standardized reports based on KPIs and metrics
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in Marketing and Digital
- Previous experience in Digital marketing is essential
- Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnership, and loyalty marketing
- Proficiency in Marketing fundamentals including Brand awareness techniques
- Legal rights to live and work in Nigeria
