Job Summary
Mshel Homes Limited, a leading real estate firm specializing in property development services, seeks a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide essential administrative support to their Group Managing Director (GMD). This role necessitates excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and effective multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the GMD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GMD, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in organizing board meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics and producing relevant materials.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, taking ownership of diverse projects and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct thorough research on real estate and business-related topics to facilitate informed decision-making by the GMD.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the GMD, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Undertake additional duties or assignments delegated by the GMD to support smooth operations and contribute to the company’s success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in content creation and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
