Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce creative concepts for various projects such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Design layouts, graphics, and visual elements consistent with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and meet company quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design needs.
- Present design ideas to clients or management and incorporate feedback as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and production teams to understand project requirements.
- Work with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production of final designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s visual brand identity.
- Create and update brand assets like logos, typography, color schemes, and templates.
- Design and prepare files for both digital and print media.
- Stay updated on design trends, software, and technologies.
- Review and proof design work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a print or marketing environment.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Excellent visual and creative abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
