About the Role:
As an Automation Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing equipment performance by maintaining and enhancing equipment and line controls. This role is integral to driving innovation and improvement while effectively managing resources to uphold safety, availability, and quality standards, all while minimizing environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance reliability and efficiency through the effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to budget preparation and control within the maintenance domain, ensuring adequate funds to cover all planned activities.
- Utilize business performance review routines to evaluate corrective actions, leveraging available data.
- Maintain robust systems to ensure product and package quality.
- Analyze and interpret Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KBIs) to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency enhancements, cost reduction, and improved customer satisfaction.
- Leverage the SAP Plant Maintenance module for comprehensive monitoring of maintenance activities and associated costs.

Education /Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Controls / Electronics / Automation Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in Automation within an industrial setting, with expertise in Siemens & Omron PLCs, Danfoss, Omron, Siemens’ variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and PLC programming
- Basic understanding of bottling organization functions, including Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health, and Safety
