One half of Show Dem Camp, Ghost, was asked if the group would record an album to reflect the present status of President Tinubu’s administration when interacting with fans on X.
The rapper declared he had no plans to record such an album, claiming that if he did, it would be riddled with curses and that he could even need to see an herbalist, which would upset his father, a minister.
Questions concerning a possible album regarding Tinubu’s administration and Nigeria’s present economic crisis are probably a result of Show Dem Camp’s previous record, “Clone Wars IV: These Buhari Times,” which detailed the country’s situation under the former president.
Although the trio won’t be releasing a follow-up to their highly regarded “Clone Wars” rap CDs, Ghost revealed that they are working on something new.
‘Palm Wine 3’, the fourth and final track of SDC’s Palm Wine music series, was released in 2022.
Fans of both hip-hop and alternative music will be excited to watch what the most gifted musician in Nigerian music does next in his storied career.
