Madame Mystique, socialite and former girlfriend of Lonely at the Top crooner, Asake has revealed why she broke up with the singer.
She made this known while responding to a curious fan via her Instagram page, Mystique explained that she broke up with the the pop star because he wanted to let the “devil use him.”
The inquisitive fan asked, “Why did you break our national sweetheart’s heart? Our Asake.”
She replied, “Cuz he wanted to go let the devil use him.”
Responding to another fan who criticized her for not protecting Asake from the devil instead of going their separate ways, she explained that the singer is a God-fearing man, stressing that “the devil” was just playing games.
She wrote, “Chill, he’s very much a man [of] God. The devil is just a trickster nonetheless.”
Asake and Madame Mystique sparked dating rumours last year but the relationship was confirmed to have ended in March 2024.
