Guinness Nigeria has announced an increase in the prices of several of its products due to prevailing economic challenges, including inflation and currency devaluation.
This decision, communicated in a memo signed by Olusanya Adesanya, the company’s commercial director, is aimed at addressing the rising costs of production materials and operational expenses.
The price adjustments affect a range of products. For instance, Small Guinness is now priced for wholesalers at N17,570, retailers at N18,020, and per bottle at N900.

“FES Can will now cost wholesalers N23,580, retailers N23,965, and per bottle N1,100. Orijin Can prices are set at N16,600 for wholesalers, N17,015 for retailers, and N900 per bottle.
Guinness Smooth will be sold to wholesalers for N16,230, retailers for N16,610, and per bottle for N1,100.
Additionally, Guinness Smooth Can costs N23,580 for wholesalers, N23,965 for retailers, and N1,100 per bottle.
“Malta Guinness Classic is priced at N12,655 for wholesalers, N13,500 for retailers, and N700 per bottle. Malta Guinness Can prices are set at N15,385 for wholesalers, N16,025 for retailers, and N800 per bottle. Dubic Malt RGB will cost N11,795 for wholesalers, N12,590 for retailers, and N650 per bottle.
Finally, Dubic Malt Can is priced at N14,265 for wholesalers, ₦14,880 for retailers, and N750 per bottle.
This move follows similar actions by other beverage manufacturers in Nigeria, who have also adjusted prices to cope with the current economic environment.
