The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has alerted Nigerians that soldiers have surrounded the venue of its meeting with the Federal Government over its strike action on minimum wage negotiation.
The Labour Union raised the alarm via a post on its official X handle.
“Soldiers are presently surrounding the venue of the meeting between Labour and Government at the premises of the SGF,” the union wrote.
Earlier, the Union warned against any attempt to intimidate, provoke or blackmail its leaders at the negotiation table, which according to it would prolong and worsen the strike.
