The All-Progressives Congress’s Governorship candidate in the last election in Adamawa state, Aisha Dahiru (Binani) in her petition and appeal against the elections result has her judgment reserved by the Apex Nigerian Court on Monday, 29th Jan, 2024.
Before the supreme court, state election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal had dismissed Binani’s petition challenging the victory of Finitiri in the governorship election.
Today, Monday, a five-member panel led by John Okoro adjourned the matter for judgment after listening to the arguments of parties involved in the matter.
