Scientific researchers claim that the best time to study during the day is around 2:00pm to 5:00 pm. They believe that this is the best time for creative and analytic thinking and also believe that the bright natural light available during this period also helps in keeping the mind sharp and alert.

The best time to study in the evening according to scientific research is around 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. The reason for this according to them is that during this stated time there is a very low possibility for distractions and you can also concentrate better on your studies during this time.
