Hot weather can delay your tomato growth, therefore when you want to sow your tomato seed, you should sow it in a cool weather condition as they are still in the early stage and may die if the weather condition is not very favorable.

1. Sow Your Tomato Seeds During The Right Weather Condition
Ensure that whatever containers you will be using for planting your tomatoes are clean by washing them to remove old soil and also make sure they are reusable and have drainage holes in order to save the environment. Examples of containers you can use here are plastic pots, recycled containers or cartons.

2. Use Clean Containers
Every tomato seed needs to be mature in order to germinate properly, therefore, it is best to plant then dry in order to encourage proper germination.

3. Plant Your Tomato Seeds Dry
The appropriate depth to plant tomato seeds is about a quarter inch deep. This is because tomato seeds are quite small and when planted too deep, they may disappear forever. Therefore, plant them slightly deep and cover lightly with moistened potting mix.

4. Plant Tomato Seeds at The Right Depth
Tomato plants provided with adequate light will sprout easily within just about two weeks, therefore they should be planted in a place where they can get at least 6-8 hours of sunlight daily.

5. Plant Your Tomatoes Where There is Light
Tomato seeds need to be watered adequately - but not too much. This is because too much watering can easily kill the seed, therefore when watering your tomato seed just water the soil enough to be moist and not drenched with water.

Plant in a place with adequate ventilation in order to grow healthy tomatoes and also , feed the plant with healthy organic fertilizers.
This is the final stage of growing your tomato seeds, what this simply means is that the seeds are ready to be moved from indoors to the outdoor garden. This should only take about 5-7 days after planting, however, the outdoor exposure should be during the day and the plants should be brought back indoors at nights, do this repeatedly for a week, until the seedlings are ready for total exposure.
