1. Bake or steam your bitter gourd till its tender, this way it tastes less bitter

2. Slice your bitter gourd into thin rounds, mix with salt and spices of your choice, afterwards pour into hot oil and fry, the end of this will be crispy bitter gourd chips.

3. Before eating your bitter gourd, you can slice it into thin rounds and soak it inside salt water for some minutes.

4. Another way to enjoy bitter gourd is to saute it with onions, tomatoes, turmeric and some other spices of your choice till it is tender.
