Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman has been named the CAF African Footballer of the Year for 2024.
The announcement was made at the CAF Awards ceremony in Marrakech, Morocco, on December 16, 2024.
Lookman, who plays for Atalanta and the Nigeria national team, had an outstanding year, scoring a hat-trick in the Europa League final and helping Nigeria reach the final of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.
