Gabriel Jesus out with ACL injury

Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a suspected anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the FA Cup defeat to Manchester United on Sunday.

Jesus was forced off the pitch in the 40th minute and replaced by Raheem Sterling. The injury is a significant blow to Arsenal, as Jesus had been in excellent form, scoring six goals in his last seven appearances.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta expressed his concern, stating that Jesus’ injury is a “big worry” for the team. The club is now considering potential transfer options to bolster their attacking lineup.
