Former Arsenal academy player Romeo Beckham has chosen to leave Brentford B and pursue a career in fashion, according to recent reports.
Although Brentford offered him a new contract in June, Beckham, son of football legend David Beckham, has decided to step away from football to focus on his passion for fashion.
The 22-year-old has signed with a fashion agent in Paris and aims to collaborate with major brands in the industry.
Beckham, who has supported Arsenal since childhood despite his father’s Manchester United legacy, initially signed a youth contract with Arsenal in 2014 but was released a year later.
After trying his hand at tennis for five years, he returned to football with Fort Lauderdale CF in the U.S. before playing for Inter Miami and later Brentford B.
Now, Romeo Beckham is set to transition fully into the fashion world, leaving his football career behind.
