Total War with NATO Can’t Be Ruled Out – Putin

Vladimir Putin, President of Russia

Russian President, Vladimir Putin has failed to rule out a full-scale conflict with NATO.

At a news conference in Moscow to mark his victory in presidential elections accompanied by allegations of manipulation, Putin said “In case of a full-scale conflict with NATO, the world would be just one step away from a third world war.”

“I think it is unlikely that anyone is interested in this,” he spoke further.

According to Putin, numerous soldiers from NATO member states have already been deployed to Ukraine.

“This is nothing good, especially for them, because they are dying there in large numbers.”

Earlier, it was reported that Vladimir Putin was reelected after gaining a record-breaking result of just under 88 per cent of the votes with no major challenger .
