The Russian state space corporation, Roscosmos, is actively negotiating with countries like South Africa, Algeria, and Zimbabwe to construct these spaceports.
Yury Borisov, the head of Roscosmos, mentioned that this move aims to expand Russia’s ground infrastructure for launching carrier rockets.
