Daniel Hagari, spokesperson of the Israeli Military disclosed that France was part of the countries that aided Israel’s defense of Iran’s overnight attack.
However, he said he could not give exact information on whether French fighter jets shot down the missiles launched by Iran.
“France has very good technology, jets, radar – and I know they were contributing in patrolling airspace,” Hagari stated.
Crisis in the Middle East has escalated after Iran targeted dozens of missiles and drones at Israel.
But, the Israeli’s military said most of the missiles were intercepted outside Israel’s territory by aerial defence systems.
