On Tuesday, President Bola Tinubu met with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair at the State House in Abuja.
The president welcomed Blair soon after returning to Abuja from a four-day working trip to Lagos.
Other senior government officials present with President Tinubu to greet Blair included the President’s Chief of Staff, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila; Foreign Affairs Minister, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar; Information and National Orientation Minister, Mohammed Idris; and the President’s Special Adviser on Policy Coordination, Hadiza Bala Usman.
The meeting, held at the State House, took place behind closed doors, and the details are not yet known.
