Chief Tony Okocha, chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has refuted news that he congratulated Governor Siminalayi Fubara on marking a year in office.
According to Okocha, the ‘Rivers Government is in ICU’ and it’s impossible for him to congratulate anyone at the helm of the affairs.
Okocha said the governor has scored zero, describing his administration as a sham, which runs without a budget.
He also claimed the report was targeted at maligning his character and projecting him as “one who speaks from both sides of his mouth.”
