President Bola Tinubu remarked that he brought sunshine from Nigeria to France.
He made this comment while posing for pictures after being welcomed by French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife.
During the photo session, an onlooker asked Tinubu, “I hope you are not too cold?”
“I’m not cold. I brought sunshine from Nigeria,” Tinubu responded.
Meanwhile, President Bola Tinubu has encouraged French investors to consider Nigeria, emphasizing that the country is open for business. He assured them that his administration is creating a conducive environment for French investors to thrive.
During a joint press conference with President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace, Tinubu highlighted his administration’s efforts to stabilize Nigeria’s security system.
He stated, “We’ve been working on stabilizing the security system in Nigeria and we are getting closer and closer. We are doing better now in the area of security. I can assure all the investors that Nigeria is open for business. This, I will emphasize, is why we need the French experts and investors to do more in this area to help develop our youth population.”
