Former Senator, Shehu Sani has reacted to the suspension of the nationwide strike by the Organised Labour Unions of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC).
Sani, in a post on his X handle opined that the suspension of the strike will allow for continued negotiations.
“The suspension of the strike to make room for continued negotiations is ok. Half agbado is better than none,” the former lawmaker wrote on X.
News VEO reported that the Organized Labour earlier suspended its nationwide strike for five days back-to-back meetings between them and the FG on the minimum wage.
