Former President Muhammadu Buhari recently stated that security and the economy improved significantly during his eight-year tenure.
He made these remarks while receiving members of the Katsina State Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists at his country home in Daura, Katsina State.
Buhari emphasized that his administration successfully tackled the challenges of terrorism and economic instability that he inherited in 2015.
He also acknowledged the administrative challenges faced during his time in office, noting that only those in positions of power truly understand these obstacles. Buhari expressed confidence that Nigeria will continue to make progress.
“Security and economy improved significantly in Nigeria under my administration compared to what we met in 2015. Things will continue to improve in Nigeria”, he insisted
