8,785 employees of the FCT Administration have been recommended for promotion by Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to Udo Samuel Atang, the Ag. Permanent Secretary of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, who made this announcement on Thursday, stated that 8,785 of the 9,710 Officers who took part in the process were successful and advanced to the next grade level in accordance with the Public Service Rules.
925 Officers from the various Secretariats, Departments, and Agencies (SDAs) that took part in the 2023 Examination Exercise were not successful, according to the promotion breakdown.
Additional investigation reveals that 3,295 Staff members were promoted out of the 3,924 eligible Officers of Common Services Departments who participated in the examination.
Likewise, of the 1,179 Health Officers who took the test, 1,144 were promoted, 918 of the 933 Professional and Technical Officers who took the test saw promotions and 3,428 Education Officers and Assistant Education Officers who took part in the exercise were promoted out of 3,674.”
