The Kebbi Pilgrims Welfare Board has reported the passing of one of its pilgrims, Tawalkatu Busare Alako, from Jega Local Government Area.
Alhaji Faruku Aliyu-Enabo, the Executive Chairman of the board, announced this in a statement in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, on Sunday.
He mentioned that the deceased passed away on Saturday after a short illness, and her funeral prayer and burial were conducted at the Al-Masjid Al-Haram (Ka’aba) in accordance with Islamic customs on the same day.
The chairman, on behalf of the Kebbi State Government, expressed his deepest sympathies to her immediate family, Kebbi pilgrims, and all the people of the state.
Aliyu-Enabo prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her sins and grant her Jannatul Firdaus.
