Jigawa Govt. earmarks N1.4b for Graveyards, Mosques

On Friday, the Jigawa government authorized the building and repair of mosques around the state for a total of N1.4 billion.

Additionally, the money will be utilized to fence off cemeteries in thirty different state constituencies.

The State Executive Council authorized the funds, according to Mr. Sagir Musa, Commissioner for Information, Youths, Sport, and Culture, who was speaking to reporters in Dutse.

He also mentioned that the District Heads’ palaces would be built using some of the funds.

The commissioner claims that the N1.4 billion will be used for 2023 constituencies projects.
