Nobel Laureate, Professor Olúwọlé Akinwande Osoyinka has made known his willingness to apply for the restoration of his permanent residency in the United States of America.
This is coming in the wake of Former President Donald Trump’s conviction in a criminal hush-money trial.
He was found guilty of each of the 34 charges of falsifying business records to hide a payment meant to silence porn star Stormy Daniels.
Soyinka, in 2016, destroyed his US green card after Donald Trump was declared winner of the Presidential Election.
However, the reverred Professor said he may apply for another.
