The Oyo State Police Command has uncovered a human trafficking syndicate operating in the Orogun area of Ibadan, rescuing 84 victims, including 83 adults and one child.
The victims, believed to be nationals of the Democratic Republic of Congo, were reportedly lured to Nigeria under false promises of employment opportunities.

- Rescue Operation: The victims were found in a house where they had been held for an undisclosed period. Authorities acted swiftly to free them and relocate them to the Police Headquarters in Eleyele, Ibadan.
