Court remands #EndBadGovernance protesters in Kuje prison

Some of the #EndBadGovernance protesters have been remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre following treason charges.

Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered their detention until the hearing and ruling on their bail application, set for September 11, 2024.

This decision came after the protesters pleaded not guilty to a six-count charge related to terrorism, brought against them by the Federal Government.

The judge scheduled the bail hearing date during Monday’s session.
