An 18-year-old Filipina who recently embarked on a search for her Nigerian father has successfully located him.
The young lady, born to a Filipino mother and a Nigerian father, Paschal Ogbuagu Nnanna from Enugu State, Nigeria, has long yearned to reconnect with her father, who left the Philippines shortly after her birth.
According to media personality Chude Nnamdi, her father had been out of reach for years due to circumstances that kept them apart.
In a recent update, Chude announced that they have found her father, uncovering a complex backstory, including claims that her Filipino mother had prevented him from maintaining contact with her.
Chude expressed gratitude to everyone who assisted in the search, sharing a screenshot of his conversation with the young lady.
He remarked, “We have found the father… so many stories and complications. The Filipina mom prevented him from seeing and speaking with the child since she was little. I wish him and his child all the best! Thank you, everyone who helped!”
