Job Summary
The incumbent will furnish technical assistance and supervision in collaboration with ACCESS project management teams, ensuring the proficient planning and execution of HIV service delivery activities at the community level. This encompasses devising work plans, establishing targets, offering supportive supervision, and compiling comprehensive reports.
Key Areas of Accountability
Program Management:
- Extend program support to CBO activities in assigned LGAs.
- Act as a representative in technical gatherings.
- Coordinate the formulation and execution of work plans for HIV Care and Treatment service delivery.
- Support the Executive Director in preparing monthly or quarterly HIV/AIDS activities and reports.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director in shaping the annual budget and endorsing sub-agreements for the CBO.
- Maintain an updated Asset/Inventory register for all CBO platforms.
- Contribute to donor progress report composition and quarterly review report drafting and presentation.
- Provide technical support for Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance interventions at the community level.
- Oversee the implementation of costed project work plans and ensure timely liquidations.
- Provide technical support for weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual project performance reviews, objectively assessing progress.
- Offer technical support and mentorship in implementing HIV Care and Treatment service delivery at the community level.
Qualification and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and/or MPH or any other Master’s Degree in a relevant field (considered an added advantage).
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience offering direct technical support in health service delivery projects, particularly in HIV service delivery projects.
- Acquire hands-on experience in HIV service delivery and technical coordination.
- Showcase proven experience and familiarity with SMOH/GON health systems.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy.
