Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Mshel Homes properties.
Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Mshel Homes.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, progress, and results.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
