Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation & Management: Curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, and videos) specific to each platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends and apply new strategies to enhance presence.
- Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Community Management: Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Campaign Execution: Develop social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and promote products and services.
- Engagement Building: Foster brand loyalty by interacting with followers, influencers, and potential clients.
- Competitor Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities to improve social media performance.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
- Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for SEO and social media platforms to maximize reach.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices.
- Creativity and expertise in generating engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant digital marketing or social media management experience.
- Ability to work remotely with effective time management and collaboration skills.
