About The Role:
The Social Media Manager at PropertyPro will play a pivotal role in the brand’s marketing and media efforts to achieve optimal return on investment across a spectrum of digital channels. This role entails engaging and collaborating with the Digital Content Creator, Graphics Designer, and Video Editor to cater to our brand’s core audience and enhance its digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, incorporating competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Curate and publish engaging social media and blog content (including original text, images, and videos) to resonate with our audience and foster community development.
- Optimize brand pages (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube) on each platform to enhance visibility and expand followership.
- Manage and analyze the results of digital campaigns aligned with objectives such as lead generation and acquisition.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies to facilitate brand growth.
- Collaborate with the team to establish achievable editorial calendars and schedules.
- Continuously enhance social media performance by capturing and analyzing relevant social metrics, insights, and best practices, and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Liaise with other departments (such as customer relations and sales) to understand the brand’s pain points and core focus.
- Monitor user engagement and optimize content to define social media KPIs.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 4 – 6 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
