Job Title: Regional Accountant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements and credit card statements.
Assist in preparing and submitting tax returns, including sales tax and payroll tax returns.
Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets, including budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial data and analysis to support business decisions.
Assist in implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
Relevant professional certification, specifically Certified Accounting Technician (CAT).
Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
