Job Summary
As the Sales & Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, particularly in the e-commerce sector. You will play a pivotal role in the Sales and Marketing team, monitoring market trends, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for product promotion and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
eCommerce Focus:
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans tailored specifically for the eCommerce business area.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to gain insights and stay ahead in the market.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaboration with Product Development:
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to provide insights on customer needs and market trends.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, develop performance metrics, and track team performance.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize market data and trends, providing recommendations to Management.
Budget Management:
- Develop marketing and sales budgets and manage team expenditures effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with proven expertise in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the eCommerce business area will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
