Job Description
They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, expert knowledge of design software, and proficiency in the complete design process. Collaborating with various teams within the organization, the Graphic Designer will translate concepts into visually captivating graphics that resonate with their audience. The primary objective is to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate their brand message and captivate their target audience.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visuals according to project requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
- Manage project deadlines effectively and deliver high-quality designs on time
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
- Work closely with Brand Manager and Web Developer to implement design strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various media
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Autodesk, CorelDraw Graphic Suite, etc.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
