Nairametrics is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to provide essential support for smooth office operations.

Salary Type: Monthly
Salary Range: ₦100,000

Qualification: ND/HND/B.Sc
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain equipment inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and handle correspondence (incoming/outgoing mail).
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and provide general clerical support.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Purchase office supplies and ensure seamless organization of company documents.
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR) for effective communication.
- Provide additional support to various departments as required.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proximity to the Island (Lekki) is an advantage.
