Primary Duties
As an Executive Driver at NoemDek Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective driving support services for the company. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing safe transportation from various destinations and assisting with entry and exit from the vehicle.
- Developing and communicating transportation policies and procedures.
- Adapting schedules in response to unplanned events and providing appropriate solutions.
- Performing airport pick-ups and point-to-point duties for the company and clients.
- Planning routes and requirements based on schedule requests.
- Keeping a travel log to record areas traveled, travel time, and work hours.
- Sending weekly reports on transportation operations.
- Ensuring vehicle maintenance, including monitoring and communicating the appropriate time for servicing, performing daily checklists, renewing documents, and ensuring compliance with operating requirements.
- Keeping the assigned vehicle clean and in good running condition at all times and ensuring 100% safety of the vehicle.
Requirements / Skills Set Required
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional driving experience in Lagos.
- Valid Federal Government Driver’s License and defensive driving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Positive attitude, neat, and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of driving rules, regulations, and courtesies.
- Familiarity with the Lagos Road Network and Traffic Regulations, especially in the Ikoyi, Lekki, and Victoria Island axis.
