Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Answers phone and responds to customer requests.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Upsell/Sell products and services, place custom orders in the computer system.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems and applications
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for)
- Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of the trends in customer calls.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, if not immediately resolved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, or NCE in any field.
- Candidates must be within the age of 20 – 35 years old.
- Relevant experience (0 – 4 years) in Customer Service is an advantage
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
