Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Lagos. It entails serving as a Customer Service Officer. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, offering customer support, fostering positive customer experiences, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer will maintain customer records, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
