- Message clients and respond to them promptly.
- Handle advertisements and related activities to promote our services.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Cold-call founders to generate leads.
- Reach out to clients using your personal phone number.
- Identify and encourage potential customers to hire our services.
- Build strategic partnerships with companies that could benefit from Betternship.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team if there’s an urgent hiring need.
- Track sales activities and report on performance.
- Participate in meetings with clients and be an active contributor during brainstorming sessions.
- Come up with creative ideas to improve sales and achieve targets.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in creating and managing successful ad campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
- Flexibility to accommodate client meetings outside regular working hours if needed.
