Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the company and International Breweries.
- Coordinate and manage on-site employee activities.
- Schedule and oversee driver interviews with fleet supervisors.
- Manage day-to-day operations at the plant.
- Ensure office and equipment safety.
- Collect receipts for financial transactions, fill requisition forms, and provide weekly updates to the accountant.
- Match trip tickets to each truck’s file.
- Maintain staff and driver attendance records.
- Coordinate fleet member activities on-site.
- Update the company’s asset register regularly.
- Assist in collecting employment requirements directed by the Head HR and Admin.
- Provide regular reports as required by the Head HR and Admin.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all documents.
- Manage imprest and expenses at the plant.
- Ensure trucks have required tools.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or related field.
- Specialization in Fleet Management and Supply Chain is advantageous.
- 2-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a plus.

Salary Range: N100,000 – N120,000 per month (Net), plus other benefits
