Job Description
- Manage accurate financial administration, including creditors, debtors, salary administration, ledgers, and cash flow monitoring.
- Create and manage the Chart of Accounts, develop control policies and processes, and prepare estimates, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Responsible for preparing Monthly and Annual budgets, analyzing financial discrepancies, and resolving them with concerned departments.
- Ensure accurate coding and booking of invoices for OPEX and CAPEX, prepare monthly management and accounting reports, and maintain product/service lists and pricing.
- Collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate Cost of goods and pricing of products and services.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from Clients, maintain vendor data, manage payroll, and transact with company bank accounts.
- Maintain cordial relationships with bank relationship officers, manage company assets register, and oversee financial liabilities and tax administration.
- Carry out price verification and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
