Responsibilities
- Manage the Bullion SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer) platform.
- Conduct regular tests to monitor uptime/downtime on the SMPP platform.
- Provide IT support to both local and international clients as required.
- Promptly liaise with the Head of IT whenever technical issues arise.
