Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager – Corporate Bank at Fidelity, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with major contractors in the industry and other esteemed companies partnered with Fidelity Bank. Your responsibilities will include aggressive growth of the deposit portfolio, development of structured financial solutions, marketing and management of infrastructure and value-added services, timely implementation of customer instructions, ensuring profitable partnerships, maintenance of top-quality risk assets, and much more.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive growth of the deposit portfolio in alignment with set targets.
- Develop structured financial solutions for routine opportunities.
- Market and manage infrastructure and value-added services of partner companies.
- Ensure timely implementation of customer instructions and maintain top-quality risk assets.
- Review credit proposals and monitor accounts, renewing expired facilities as needed.
- Conduct daily calls to customers, both physically and/or by phone, to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.
Key Competencies / Knowledge:
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of bank products and the industry.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and bank processes/procedures.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or Upper Credit for HND holders from an accredited Institution. Third-Class / Lower Credit holders must possess a Master’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in banking, in a full-time role.
