Responsibilities:
- Establishing rapport and arranging meetings with potential clients.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities.
- Enhancing the value of existing customer relationships while attracting new clients.
- Identifying and cultivating new markets to drive sales growth.
- Representing the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Setting goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring they are achieved.
- Providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
