Position Overview:
As the Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating a variety of projects, acting as the bridge between internal departments and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include developing project schedules, prioritizing assignments, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Leveraging your expertise acquired from years of experience, you will work independently while also guiding other professionals as needed.
What You Will Do:
- Develop social media plans and oversee the real-time amplification of the OU (operating unit) portfolio at a country level.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all social media channels, aligned with global strategies and guidelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for social media partners at the country level.
- Collaborate closely with Platform Services to enhance social media engagement and response strategies.
- Establish protocols with the crisis management team for addressing potential issues on social media platforms.
- Adapt best practices from other OUs and global teams to optimize media and social media plans within the Operating Unit.
- Interact regularly with global IMX team, Integrated Marketing team, Category Leaders, Creative Strategists, Brand Managers, and Franchise Marketing teams.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10 years of experience in Media Planning Strategy, social media, and Real-Time Experience
- Previous experience in agencies and technology vehicles preferred
- Strong background in developing digital marketing strategies and non-conventional communication plans
- Functional expertise in Social Media (Media & Content), Digital Marketing, Consumer and Shopper engagement, and Real-Time Amplification
